Extended Day/Study Hall

• Nursery through 2nd Grade students (Pre-N eligible starting in January)
• Regular dismissal through 5:00 PM

• Nursery through 8th Grade students (Pre-N eligible starting in January)
• Students bring their own nut-free lunch.
• 12:00 through 4:00 PM

Picking Up Your Child
Please park and collect your child directly from the Extended Day room, located beneath the dining hall in the Lower School building. We kindly ask parents to adhere to the closing time of the program. If you are running late due to extenuating circumstances, please call the main office at 516-621-2420.

Bus Note
School districts may not permit younger students to board later buses than the regular dismissal time for their grade. For Kindergarten—2nd Grade, please check your district’s policy on taking the 4:20 PM bus. On Fridays there is no bus service for any children beyond 12:25. 

Fees
Prices refer to each timeframe or "session" that a child stays each day. Partial sessions are priced as a full session. Fees are invoiced via school accounts based on the number of sessions attended.

Extended Day Sign-Up

This program is offered to students in 3rd and 4th grade.  Study Hall will have time set aside for homework and recess. 

Study Hall is offered on Monday-Thursday from 3:00 pm until 4:20 pm.  You can opt for every day or just 1-2 days but it must be consistent per week. We ask that you sign up before September 6th for the first session.  The second session sign up will be sent in early December.  Please contact Meredith Feuerbacher with any questions.
